Frequently asked questions about my order and account

I have not received an order confirmation, what now?

When the order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via your email within fifteen minutes. It is possible that the order confirmation has ended up as spam.


Have you not found the order confirmation and has the amount been debited from your account? Please contact our customer service via WhatsApp. Please enclose the bank statement. Calling or emailing is of course also possible!

Can I change my order or order details?

Due to the speed and automation of the packing process, it is not always possible to change your order. Please contact our customer service by phone. They can check whether we can still change the size or address.


Unfortunately, changing the article to a different colour or to another article is never possible. The customer service can cancel this item from your order.


Unfortunately, adding an item or personalization to an order is not possible.

Why is an account useful?

If you choose to create a customer account, this has the following advantages:


  • Faster checkout because your details are known
  • Insight into your past orders
  • Your shopping cart and favorites are saved everywhere
  • Subscribe or unsubscribe to our newsletter

I want to cancel my order, how do I do this?
Due to the speed and automation of the packing process, it is not always possible to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order yourself. Please contact our customer service by phone. They will check whether it is still possible to cancel the order.
Where can I find the invoice for my order?

Unfortunately, invoices are not sent automatically, but they can be downloaded from your account. Log in and go to all orders. Open the order for which you want the invoice. There the invoice is available as a PDF.

When will I receive my order?
We aim to ship your package within one working day. You will receive a track & trace in your email as soon as the package has been prepared for shipment. This allows you to track the package. The shipping time depends on the country of destination.
In my account I see an order with status pending, what does this mean?

A pending order is an order attempt that is still waiting for payment. This happens if you're still in the checkout process or have closed the page before the payment is completed.


Have you abandoned the payment or closed the webpage and the money is not deducted from your account? Then our webshop will recognize this after a while and the webshop will change the status to cancelled. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send a payment link with which you can still complete the payment.

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter?

At the bottom of the website you can sign up for the newsletter. You can unsubscribe by scrolling down in the newsletter and clicking on unsubscribe.


If you have an account, you can easily subscribe or unsubscribe via your account.
